"When I was younger, I was very irresponsible when it came to paying bills and making sure they were paid on time. I never realized the adverse and negative effect it had on influencing my credit score. I thought because I was married to a person who had excellent credit I really did not need my own nor really cared if I had my own credit. It is a terrible feeling to have to rely on someone else and as I got older it bothered me to want to buy something and have to be dependent on my husband. I would use his credit but I would make the payments, which was idiotic as it boosted his credit score while mine remained negative.

In the last 3 months I have paid off all of my outstanding debts. I have made it a point to find out what my credit score was and to contact each company and find out what I owed and have paid them in one lump sum. I contacted MSI to repair my credit and they led me down the golden path. I realize how important it is to remain on top of things and paying my bills as they come in and not at the last minute.

I also went through a divorce that left me attached to a lot of his debt. I gave him our house in court but in the eyes of the bank that meant I was still viable for payments he made late. My name was attached to his credit cards that I never even realized was affecting my credit. All of this was ignorance on my part. I am not going to try to blame him for my stupidity. However, it did depress me and lead me to believe I would never have my own credit.
I have always held good jobs and made a good salary. But that alone was not enough to get me credit. And at times I would become frustrated. Then I would have to rely on cash, which can sometimes make you go broke quick, when an appliance breaks or your car breaks and you have to pay cash to replace it you soon realize the importance of having credit.

A couple of months back my husband and I decided we needed a change in our life. We wanted to move back to N.C. where our families are. Winters last 9 months in WY and it is a deadly drive to work each day. Our trip is 67 miles each way. Our quality of life is not good and we are miserable.
We started looking for a new home and lo and behold we found the house of our dreams. I immediately called to see if we could qualify for a second loan on my husbands credit and was told that our debt to income ratio was not going to cut it. So I decided since I was not on his loan I would try to tackle this by myself. I make good money why not. Well my credit score was so low, that was why not. I was told about MSI credit solutions and got in touch with them immediately to start rebuilding my credit. Victor Burgus was amazing to work with, any question I had he was right on top of it. I am so thankful I heard about MSI and so pleased with all that they have accomplished for me. Within 3 months my score has increased dramatically. They have done such a good job that I intend to stay with them after my contract runs out as a credit monitor.

One of the things that I have started doing is having all my bills automatically taken out of my checking account so that I am never late with payments. It also allows me to pre-determine how much I can spend and save each month. It saves a lot of time and it gives me peace of mind. I am sure it gives the creditors peace of mind as well!

In the last month I have felt like a real person again. It has been such a relief to have all my bills paid and not have any one calling me on the phone and harassing me. Not only that, to see my credit score going up and up each month is so wonderful. 3 months ago I could not have bought a doghouse. Now I have been approved for $380,000 loan. I am flabbergasted. I am so thankful that this has happened. It is a wonderful feeling to know I can buy anything I want on my own credit. I have such a new lease on life- I feel happy all the time and I am not worried. It is such a weight off my shoulders to get this all behind me and know I do not owe anyone anything. This has been a very eye opening experience for me. I KNOW without a doubt I will NEVER have bad credit again."

"My Loan was not approved because my midrange credit score was 13 points
shy of what the Mortgage company would approve. MSI was given as an option
to improve this score and hopefully secure a home loan. MSI explained the
process and fee very well, but still I was skeptical. MSI said the time
frame on average was 45 to 60 days and the average score increase would be
around 30 points. So off we went completing the start up Legal paperwork.
Less than 30 business days later I was on the phone with my mortgage
company and they checked my credit score. The score had improved on
average 35 points, and MSI was not even halfway through working the
derogatory statement. Many replies had not even been received creditor's
listed within the derogatory Report. The midrange score rose 30 points and
I was approved for a Home Loan. I wholeheartedly endorse MSI and their
entire process has been rewarding in having to deal with allot of erroneous

"Back in October when I first started working for First Mortgage Corporation I came across a client by the name of Brady. At that time she was not able to qualify for a mortgage due to her credit score was in the 570’s. I transferred her to Troy Haney for credit repair in hopes that I would be able to do a mortgage loan for Mrs. Brady in about six months. I went about working on other loans when I got a call from Mrs. Brady after she had talked with Troy only thirty days in the program stating that her credit score may have already reached in the 600’s.

I then pulled her credit and she amazingly had a 618 fico score. I decided that I could put her on the "opt out credit card list" and get the remaining points needed to meet FHA guidelines. "I had tried to get my credit fixed many times, but no one could get the job done. Other companies were just full of broken promises. With MSI, everything was different. These guys stayed on top of me to make sure I got them the information they needed to get my credit to where it needed to be. "To potential MSI Credit customers: 7 October 2008 If you are reading this letter, then you are obviously on the MSI website. And if this is the case, you are probably wondering "is this for real? Can they really help me?" As a very satisfied customer who has seen firsthand the magic that these folks can do, let me tell you emphatically "YES, they can help". I started the program in February of 2008. My credit was dismal, with an average score of 532 and 5 collections showing on my report. While salary-wise I was doing well, my credit was just terrible and didn’t know what to do. By chance, I came upon the MSI site, like you are now, and read about the program and looked at the testimonials. It sure looked good on the screen, but I had my doubts. I filled out the online form and was quickly was contacted by Troy Haney. Troy and I set up a time to talk and he explained the process to me in the greatest of detail. I figured that there was nothing to lose at that point, so I signed up. Now, the beauty of this program is that the work you yourself have to do is minimal. Provide a current credit report and any/all of your bills/collections/etc. Promptly mail an correspondence that you receive to MSI. That’s it. The professionals at MSI take it from there. I received a status report monthly, and at times semi-weekly. Troy was (is) always there to answer every question and to provide advice. A short six months later, my score from all three reporting agencies are near 700! This is the first time in, well, as long as I can remember that they were this high. And this is only the beginning.
